Designer Ties Online offers the listed on-line silk products for sale , with NO MINIMUM quantity per order.

TAX:

As of Oct 1, 2010, we are required to collect New York Sales Tax on any New York State order. If you are ordering from out of state, you will NOT be subject to sales tax.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your retail purchase we will return your purchase price of the item when the following steps are taken: Any product received by the buyer may be returned within thirty (30) days of purchase for the return of the purchase price of said item, we do not refund shipping charges. In order to return the product , the purchaser must first call Designer Ties Online at 914-720-6951 to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION # , which then must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipment "box". All returns must be "boxed" to prevent damage to the merchandise. The purchaser must also include a brief written explaination describing the reasons for the return , a copy of the invoice and packing slip. All bonus and or promotional items must be returned , for example : Free socks with the purchase of 3 ties. Failure to return any bonus/promotional items with return will result in a charge for the retail value thereof. Failure to comply with the marking of the return shipment with the return authorization number may result in our refusal to accept receipt thereof. Wholesale orders are returnable within 5 days of delivery and subject to a ten percent restocking charge. Undergarments, such as boxer shorts, socks, etc. are non-returnable due to health concerns.



SHIPPING:

Retail orders are filled by the next business day. We will make every effort to update our inventory daily and remove/replace out of stock items. Shipping will be via ground/priority mail USPS. Rates are very low, see order page at checkout to determine actual charges.



International Orders: Add $17.00

PAYMENT :

Payment of on line merchandise is subject to verification of credit and ability to pay. In cases where it appears that there is inadequate credit on the purchaser's credit card account, Designer Ties Online reserves the right to cancel the purchase outright without any further notice with the buyer.

BACKORDERS :

Backorders are not taken by Designer Ties Online. If our inventory is depleted and we accept an order in error, we will credit your account ! Once that item is again available, we will notify customer that stock is available for purchase.

EXCHANGE - RETURN :
